It was an ecstatic atmosphere filled with Joy as Staff of Hillrange School celebrated their graduation from the Executive Teachers Programme (In Integral Student Education)
The certified program, was facilitated by the Institute for Work and Family Integration and the Lagos Business School.
The ceremony took place in Hillrange Secondary School Premises. It started by 2:50pm. The event had in attendance, the Executive Secretary of the Institute- Mr. Charles Aigbona, the Principal of Hillrange, Mr. Sebastine Eluehike, his management team and the graduands.
Highlights of the event included awarding of certificates to graduands, cutting of the graduation cake and election of IWFI cohort 12 alumni executives.
The program, “Integral Student Education”, has equipped educators and advisors with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to manage boys and their families effectively. It involves, family advisory, human development, raising 21st century children and an understanding of the Boychild, among other concepts.
Hillrange, with the support of the Ikota Educational Foundation continues to improve the well being of staff through intensive capacity building. This is to strengthen our vision of being the leading family school for boys, driven by dedicated workers in partnership with committed parents.
